My point is, when there’s no one to enforce said court order, that order is useless. Local police won’t touch federal crimes and the FBI won’t arrest any Trump officials, so who will stop them from simply ignoring the order.

Remember though that court orders are only as effective as the police who carry them out. With a compromised FBI there’s no agency to enforce most of those federal court orders.

Correct, but the reason is incorrect. They’re doing those things so there’s no one there to tell Trump no when he starts demanding the military target American civilians like they did last time he was president.

That would require a non compromised FBI. If Patel is confirmed, the FBI will be an arm of the president and you will never see anything illegal by him or his cronies investigated and arrests will only occur against his enemies, as authoritarians do.

Who will put them in jail though? Local police won’t touch federal issues, and the FBI is utterly compromised and flat refuses to investigate these people. That’s the problem, there’s no one to hold them accountable.
