This was so nice, until I saw the name and now it feels like the first of the horsemen have arrived and the warmth I felt thinking about how pestilence must have felt experiencing something so beautiful was quickly replaced by the terror of "the rapture was real, and now he's here, we're all fucked"

This was roughly 1am and game 3 of the quarter finals. Did frustratingly bad at the first two games, only chance of survival was to beat the 2024 state runner-up Matt Stacks (which is extra impressive since the 5th best player in the world took first) to force a tie breaker to try and move on.

Think about it on a graph - you have the draw of illegally supplied jobs going up and the deterrent of immigration law going downward, the goal is to find the spot where those 2 overlap to lower illegal immigration. It's way more efficient and effective to adjust the draw line.

Imagine the resources we could save if we went after the thousand criminals that are out in the open and drawing them here with their illegal practices instead of the millions that are filling their demand.
