It’s beautiful, really worth the trek to get to it but a bit of a steep climb back up. My local gym had ice bath but I’m toy with idea of getting one.

Sorry, it’s actually an ice-bath I go in to get to 3 degrees. It’s still not too bad in the sea right now, maybe 8 degrees too. Here’s me at the Devils Pulpit near loch lomond

Yes, I started cold water therapy in June, following a family bereavement. Now out in the sea and lochs. It helps me so much.
