Yes It’s costing too much. They shouldn’t be there in the first place. But while they’re there, they might as well clean up. They wouldn’t be there if they didn’t want to be. They’re not victims. And they’re not humiliated for picking up trash. All humans should pick up trash. It’s not lesser than.
