Is @uofmichigan.bsky.social becoming a racist institution? Many of their units and colleges are letting go of faculty and staff who a MAJORITY of them are people of color.
@jordanackermi.bsky.social and the Regents need to investigate this manner. These staff are student-facing too! @freep.com

The University of Michigan was founded on values of diversity and inclusiveness that helps make it the best public university in the world. As I've repeatedly said, the focus of our diversity efforts needs to be meaningful change, not bureaucracy.
