Talvi’s husband/account manager here:
I use Buffer to schedule posts, which doesn’t give any options to apply a label, so I rely on BlueSky’s automated detector to apply the Adult label. Since this art doesn’t have any recognizable exposed genitalia (nipples, penis, etc.), it slipped through.
