Now that I'm looking at it a little closer, I think what I'm seeing is actually just the paint looking a little 3D and not sculpted details? Which is even easier! Just some acetone to take off the paint so you have a clean slate :D

I've filed off so many sculpted details on littlest pet shop pets and some other pvc toys. As long as you don't go too far into the material you should be fine [assuming the heads are hollow]

Definitely possible! I haven't altered any of these specifically because I only want the kougra and that little dude has been hell to get so far, BUT I know that if you have a steady hand you can remove all the paint and file off all the sculpted details and just go to town repainting it!
