Hey STL. If you can stay home, do it! Metro call a ride stuck at Kingshighway getting on to 40 eastbound. Main Streets (Hampton, grand, ect) are ok. On off ramps are horrible. 2 wheel drive cars stuck, 4x4 SUVs stuck, tow trucks stuck. Stlwx
