Battery powered leaf blowers have existed for years, Ego make them, available in all sorts of places like Home Depot and Ace Hardware. I have a handheld one and a backpack and both work great. Their batteries work in all their tools, mower, trimmer, snowblower, chainsaw, etc. Super reliable!
