Just occurred to me while watching the credits. There are three characters with the last name of Johnson in this movie. Both FBI agents(no relation) and the news anchor, Harvey "Helsinki, Sweden" Johnson.

Karl getting an AUG while everyone else has an MP5 to show he's higher up on the totem pole is classic henchmen shit.

This is like the Art of War movies. The third one was shot before the second when they thought Snipes wasn't going to return, but then he decided he wanted to do another one, so they shot a sequel with him and then released the third a little while after.
