Nah, he can’t have it both ways as both are specialist right backs and Dom isn’t. My point is we are a mess tactically and shape wise, and if Ramsay can’t start against forest, 19th in the table, then what’s the point

He had Ramsay and Gomez available for right back, and Curtis if need be: we can’t afford to play isak into fitness and form and leave Hugo on the bench. Dom in the middle and Hugo up top change the dynamics as it adds aggression and strength.

I’m talking all season, he chops and changes too much before and during the game, which worked last year when he had players who were settled in the role: at the moment players can’t settle because they are in different positions or on the bench every other week.

I’m not at that stage yet but he needs to find a solution and stick to his system. Playing our most energetic midfielder in defence and benching our most effective and energetic striker must be a godsend for the opposition. We also have to consider 30% or so of the first 11 didn’t win the prem.

True, but we’ve struggled all season with a lack of energy and fight. They all seem lost and that includes the manager: that would have been one of forests easiest games this season and that’s unacceptable

He needs to stop making so many changes week to week and in game. Stick with the system, play dom in midfield and Hugo up front and stop fannying around. It’s no wonder the team looks disjointed. And maybe show more passion on the sidelines, gesticulate, scream whatever
