Phil has a good point here. But I have to argue that this is the next step. Once you have the routine and want to move into competitions and specific goals and serious improvement, then yes, some sort of tracking will definetively help!👌

No way! Just put your sport clothes on and leave all you can at home. Just run! It is hard at the beginning, but I don't even listen to music. Try to focus just on your breathing, maybe a bit on your surroundings. Try to leave your mind without thoughts. 😊 It is hard but it is worth it! 💪
