And, I’m quite sure most of his supporters are game. As in, “He was elected President… let him have whoever he wants.” Let me remind you, that is not a democracy. That is autocracy. That’s a system where no institution or opponent checks your power. Like Putin’s Russia.

FWIW, I don’t think Trump or his team are conspiring some grand “autocratic breakthrough.” Instead, I think they are conspiring just to get him what he wants.
