Practically the best bike lane in Thailand.
One of the most dreaded bike infrastructure here. It connects two parks, with many ramps like this. Maybe designer thought it'd be more fun exercising, pushing or carrying bikes up and down.

It might look ok on paper, but practically needs a lot of effort getting up and down ramps like this. And imagine you have to do it every 50 meters. Hard work for pedestrians and bike commuters alike.
