Tragic, and to think what an America of compassion could have done to restrict the suffering. Hopefully, the next president will create a "Marshall Plan" to bring some solace, comfort, and the possibility of prosperity to the survivors.

Keep it up, Bill Kristol. Some of us Democrats recognize the need for your "inner neocon" insights. Former neocons are among the most effective spokespersons America has right now exposing Trump's egregious dismantling of democracy, the rule of law, human rights, and the Western Alliance.
