One side of me thinks that why haven't I read it before, as it could have helped me in my life and career, and another side if I was really ready to take the advice in this book back then. Ot comes at a good time in my life when I feel I can take the most advantage from it.

That's what I ended up doing. I don't need full Linux, just repeated NeoVim config in WSL2 Ubuntu and it seems working quite well. So I'm happy how it turned out. Thanks, Frank.

I have no issues with Windows for just browsing, playing games, doing some accounting ms office work etc. It's just the dev work that I can't do in powershell. Basic file system operations in Windows command prompt are a pure torture. I need my *nix shell for this.

Going ahead with only Lunux brings back old traumas, where everything will work 99%, but this 1% that doesn't work would drive me nuts. This was happening without a fault for the past 20 years, doesn't matter which distribution I tried for Linux workstation.

We have definitely discussed doing something like that but not in detail I don’t think.
But yeah short version is: wouldn’t it be cool if you could upload a feed algorithm as WebAssembly and have it turned into a scalable feed generator.
That’s the whole idea basically 😜
