The only hope for the GOP is that the Supreme Court rule that Trump's tariffs are illegal, leading to their removal. However, that still leaves the healthcare issue and his own party is freaking out over Trump's alleged wish to make it all go away by extending the subsidies. The walls close in.

Perhaps reporter(s) could ask Trump what they redacted (and keep asking) before he forgets it ever happened.

It has fallen because the government have made it more difficult and costly to come to study and work in skilled jobs. We want most of these people; they benefit the UK economy and subsidize higher education. Meanwhile, the number of applications for asylum has actually increased.

Even if the lower house votes to release the files next week, it then has to pass the Senate (less likely) and then Trump would have to sign it off (highly unlikely).

And just think... Trump doesn't realise how much his decision to retain RFK reflects on HIM. All his appointees wear ignorance like a badge of honour, but RFK is particularly disturbing.

It's easy to slip into the trap of thinking that Trump can't be entirely feckless, that he must have some understanding of business, economics, health or science. But he really doesn't. Trump is an idiot, who has surrounded himself with unqualified idiots ..and the occasional psychopath.

It's hard not to feel sorry for Trump, his bandy legs are swollen, he has a hurty hand, and MAGA are pissed about the Epstein debacle. And, the more he tries to distract from Epstein, the more conspiracy-loving MAGA are convinced he's trying to hide something. And now this BS....it won't work.🤭
