It's good that you don't need hearing aids. I guessed that was probably the case. I have some tinnitus but fortunately I can usually ignore it. I hope that you find some relief.

My wife finally admitted she needed hearing aids. She told me today that when she puts them in she doesn't notice the tinnitus.
