Solidworks Motion Study on the rear drive tandem axles. Pretty impressed by how powerfull that tool is!
Input speed 100RPM, output after the 1:4.45 gear reduction in the axles ~23RPM
With wheels on that would equate to around 0.6KM/h. Obviously the real input speed will be much higher than this.

Axles are nearing completion now. Significantly more work than initially anticipated, but I think the results were well worth it.

Although I definitely understand the sentiment, I do think there does need to be consideration for good vs bad business in the US. Various heads of companies have clearly spoken out against what is happening and may even be financing bigger opposition. 1/x
