And you get that from police reports, not from registers. Or you would if the police weren't racist themselves. Still, no need for a "race" entry in registry data.
December 7, 2025 at 3:40 PM
What kind of policies? You don't need the "race" noted in registers to detect discrimination, you need a justice systems that provides remedies against actual discrimination.

And in what way would it help against everyday racism if the government had data about race? I guess the US has and there's just as much discrimination over there.
The difference is that Germany would prohibit racist organizations and not allow them "free speech"

If they have a post box next to the road and you don't have to walk up to the door, it should be ok.
You hear weird stories here in Europe about Americans in the US shooting strangers just because they walked up to the door, so I'd be careful.

How about the set of all definitions that don't define themselves?
November 27, 2025 at 9:23 AM
Mmph. Not worried about consistency?

So something has consciousness when it is an object to empathy? Not necessarily the worst definition for consciousness. (I haven't encountered a good definition for consciousness yet. Maybe it doesn't exist.)

Just give it to the other charity in your own name.
If you do it in your friend's name and tell him why you did it, they won't be your friend any more, anyway.

I heard that skin cells can taste bitter (but they don't transmit that information via nerves, just use it for themselves)
November 10, 2025 at 10:28 PM
So why didn't the true experts write a paper about it?
November 7, 2025 at 7:17 PM
Nice touch from Fox News to present it in a way that allows them to put the words "To support Trump: 0%" at the top of the screen.

Thanks.
Typical for the government to use a clause to protect SNAP recipients from price gauging to use it against them. I hope there's a court decision against that soon.
Or the stores accept informal IOUs for the difference instead.

Probably one of these communist clans
November 5, 2025 at 6:06 PM
Any link? Would be interested to know on what legal basis they did that, if there is any.

I got the impression that Reform Judaism doesn't take the Torah literally, which is a big step forward in my book.

Isn't it all just speculative fiction nowadays?
