We also think it'd be good to have a better set of models and guidelines that illustrate how to flip between those multitudes artfully and gracefully. That we need, in other words, a better ethics of codeswitching.

Not only is it a breath of fresh air, I pitched it to my students as an ideal model of a philosophy paper: a clear, wonderfully readable defense of an interesting and non-trivial position, well-organized flow of discussion, pausing to consider objections and respond reasonably; *chef's kiss*
