I have started System Shock and Stardew Valley, which is like eating hot salsa and ice cream at the same time.

I am almost done playing through Tainted Grail the Fall of Avalon and have to say that I think it's the most competent Scrollslike I've ever played.
While it doesn't have the "seamless" open world that a Skyrim does, the zoning of locations actually kind of works in it's favour.
