Being denied off label treatment with an expensive new agent is a situation which applies to millions of Trump voters. Trump will literally have millions of people asking the same intervention in different medical situations. Since this is the crony administration, he will grant it to one.

Besides, laws restraining the executive were passed by both houses of Congress and SIGNED by another equally powerful executive. Going against those laws is disregarding the prior executive's power. WHY DOESN'T THE CURRENT EXEC GET THE LAW CHANGED?
