Not for some reason, but the idiots at corporate decided that the devices allowed should be limited outright to those from that year or fewer.
Capcom CAN change the device requirements, but chose the inverse, so stuff is essentially censored.

Waiting for them to respawn takes ages, so a lot of time is wasted on spinning & bullying the short from the rooftops.

Had to stop the bird from coming down further, but Quick Attack just dead ass launches at whatever you can target, and stupid high in the air qualifies as valid. So imagine something that shouldn't be capable of jumping high, and have it use Quick Attack.

I have been playing this for the last few days.
It's got that Risk of Rain feel of the "make attempt at a run, stuff changes slightly each time, the gear also random" and "entire group wipes because they rather fight the monsters than revive us"
Had to DL the gif off tenor cause BSky gif fails.
