I dreamt I got shot in the spine once and when I woke up my back legit hurt, rolled over and there was a random Weeto right where the bullet was in the dream lol

I also experienced the classic “I’m trying to shout but no sound is coming out”. Very frustrating.

I dreamt I was on holiday with my sister and she was doing some incredibly reckless things and not understanding how dangerous they were. In reality though, she would never do anything even remotely reckless so idk why I dreamt that.

Please take a breath and try to see the situation as objectively as you can. Often things aren’t quite as bad as they seem. I definitely recommend talking to a therapist and trying to make an easy to manage plan, and just take it step by step. I’m rooting for you Reedy my boy!
