Had an anxiety attack at work

Failing my drivers test again shouldn’t be making me as depressed as it is but it just feels like an example of how I just can’t do things everyone else can. I get so overwhelmed by things everyone else can just “do”. Like I’m a failed shitty attempt at being a human. Why can’t I do what they can…?

I’m just not built for this. I wish I understood tone better so I wouldn’t piss people off unintentionally. I just can’t seem to go a month without fucking something up in a conversation
