It doesn't appear that way to me .in fact it looks like trans men can be bannes from womens spaces for looking into much like men. Essentially trans men don't have the right to claim sex discrimination at all.

The ruling literally bans trans men from womens spaces. Apparently trans women aren't women and yet trans men are men

Are trans men biological women? If we are then why would banning us from female spaces wouldn't count as sex discrimination?
