Hi Andrew, love the podcast. I would like to ask James if he still thinks we are going to win it. I feel like we have missed a chance to build up a bigger lead while City were struggling for consistency. When City are in a close title fight, they have never lost under Pep. #arsecastextra

Morning lads, help me feel better about Arsenal with the inevitability of Isaak joining Liverpool. Arsenal have had a very good window but Liverpools recruitment this summer has been amazing. @arseblog.com @gunnerblog.bsky.social #arsecastextra

Morning lads, love the podcast. Who do you think is most likely to be the winger we signed this summer? I think the winger is probably the most important signing we make this summer as the strikers we are linked with are likely to be projects as opposed to the finished article. #arsecastextra

Morning lads, are you at all concerned about Saka for next season. He was rushed back from injury this season and contributed some important goals, but his overall game was well below what we have come to expect. Are you worried he may have trouble getting back to his best next season #arsecastextra

Is there a pre-match Livestream this evening?

Loved your intro, I had to listen to it a couple of times, it was so good 😊💯

Goodly Morning lads, can you pick your starting front three for the Madrid game, with and without Saka. #arsecastextra

I feel the same way regarding Zubi. He looks like a dual monster in Spain and I worry this won't translate in PL. I think Partey and Jorginho are technically very good and also quite creative with their passing and this doesn't seem like Zubi s game from what I've seen, which isn't a lot to be fair

Are you concerned that Partey & Jorginho are leaving this summer? Looking like Zubi is going to be the replacement who is a very defensive dual monster type. Are we going to further blunt our build up by doing this? Also, concerned Zubi will struggle in challenges in PL like Merino has #arsecastextra

Goodly Morning lads, how do you think we can get the best out of Califiori? He seems to be very effective going forward every time he comes on, but a little suspect at the back at times. #arsecastextra

Hi lads, looking at our squad, we require two strikers, one winger, one 6, one 8 and one gk to come in the summer for our squad to look complete. Zubi is meant to be coming in summer and we will sign a gk.I think it's likely we will go into next season short in attack again, thoughts? #arsecastextra

Goodly morning lads, Nwaneri has been very promising on the right of the front three, probably too good to be a rotation option long term. When we get everyone back fit, where do you see him playing? #arsecastextra

Interesting player. Worth a scouting video ? @arsenalvisionpodcast.com

I'd take him on loan with option to buy in the summer. A season ago, all the top clubs were looking at him. I don't think it would impact our summer business. Fitness is the key concern but he has a big upside.

Goodly Morning lads, why do you think there are so many controversial red cards going against us this season? We seem to be easy for refs to use us as an example to other clubs. Can Mikel/Arsenal do anything to change this? Do we need to develop a Fergusonesque fear factor among refs? #arsecastextra

What about a new Zubimendi one?
January 14, 2025 at 1:27 PM
Morning lads, are you concerned that the fan sentiment has changed so rapidly that it could impact not only the remainder of this season but next also? We have two thirds of a excellent team, in their prime. I'm very frustrated with last week, but are we overreacting #arsecastextra

Is this a strategy to use the Arsenal brand to bolster sponsorships for the lesser known brands? I think we can improve the sponsorship and merchandising deals at Arsenal but not sure if this is a good thing. I'd be interested to get people's thoughts on this.
January 9, 2025 at 7:49 PM
I agree with this. There were some reservations at this time, but I think whoever it is we get to play striker/winger, they will be a big gamble and definitely won't be the finished article imo

It makes me feel worse about yesterday's result. Liverpool are going through their difficult period, losing points and we are missing the opportunity. Liverpool are not City, in that they won't win every game, but we are running out of games to make up the 9 point gap
January 5, 2025 at 9:30 PM
Totally agree
January 4, 2025 at 7:38 PM
I am gutted with that result. I think we needed to somehow get 3 points today to start trying to put pressure on pool. If the red didn't give that, wud VAR have called it a pen, I don't think so. When we are so blunt offensively we leave ourselves open to it. Need more options upfront
