Axios: Commerce Secr H. Lutnick says the gov wants a cut of revenue generated by patents universities developed w/fed funds. I’ve said this for years. Do it & stop the idiotic attacks on academia—including disruptions in promised funds (then scale back in orderly fashion w/out violating promises).

This started as a condemnation of recent federal government violations of free speech law, but became something better. A moderate's discussion of why free speech matters on campus and reasons to return to what college was historically.
