Agreed. That said, I’m not convinced we actually voted for this. There was an absolute shitload of voter suppression.

I hope they aren’t suggesting that armed men who look like this and grab people off the streets and stuff them into unmarked vans might somehow violate someone’s human rights! Absurd!

Yes
August 21, 2025 at 2:29 AM
My feelings too
August 7, 2025 at 5:48 PM
Me too

Thing is, it will never be enough. He’ll just keep moving the goalposts indefinitely, demanding more and more. Imagine Darth Vader but fat, stupid, incompetent, and more evil.

So he made a deal with TikTok in January - but now within a few short months he reneged on it. I’m sure other countries won’t keep this in mind in the future as the US attempts to offer them trade and tariff deals.

Nobody would ever see this and think, “the good guys are here!”
June 19, 2025 at 5:07 PM
They’re very likely both
June 19, 2025 at 5:05 PM
Man, and it’s the one thing I thought I was good at
June 12, 2025 at 4:33 PM
Just ask TikTok how long the deal he made with them was honored
May 23, 2025 at 11:40 PM
Thing is I really don’t think we did elect him or many of the Republicans in the “red wave.” That election was stolen

Pee Wee German is one of the most evil men in America. They will one day write history books about the Goebbels-level cruelty he visited upon this country
May 22, 2025 at 8:33 PM
THIS! THIS! THIS! Trump is the tumor, the Republican Party and its conservative media machine is the cancer that created him. Remove him and a new tumor will grow in its place. All of his fuckery would be over the moment a single Republican congressperson honored their oath of office and told him no

May 22, 2025 at 8:23 PM
Yes, that’s fair
May 22, 2025 at 3:44 PM
How is this not a NYT headline? @nytpitchbot.bsky.social
May 22, 2025 at 3:25 PM
These “blame the voters” narratives assume there is no voter suppression, which just isn’t true, particularly in underrepresented communities. Blaming people who had their voting rights suppressed instead of going after the ones who suppressed those rights is going to make our problems worse.
May 22, 2025 at 3:17 PM
These data suggest that is not the case
May 22, 2025 at 3:07 PM
But hey it looks like they’re finally getting some young (for them) blood in there
May 22, 2025 at 1:58 PM
YES! THIS!
May 13, 2025 at 4:21 PM
It’s not Trump though. The world has always had evil people. It doesn’t mean we have to do what they say. No, F the Republicans in Congress who are happy to let Trump take the blame for shit they support just as much as does.
May 13, 2025 at 4:17 PM
NYT: Here’s why that’s bad news for Democrats going into the midterms
May 13, 2025 at 4:13 PM
Yes, that is probably true. Whatever game they *are* playing doesn’t involve me then. They should just take those policymakers out to power lunches or something and quit wasting regular people’s time and energy. Whether we support them or not still results in MAGA policy so why bother?
