20 years ago, I lived in an apartment building near Bloor and Runnymede.
There used to be a Russian or Ukrainian owned bar in the basement of said building.
It was not uncommon for dudes to come out at 2:30am and have fist fights in the middle of Bloor.

When I lived in apartment buildings, I had a 10pm alarm for me to reduce all volume.
Hell, I even took a dB meter into the hallway to measure how loud I could I allow my home theatre to get.
