5 yrs with #longcovid ❤️‍🩹It doesn’t exactly fill my synapses with joy having these post-exertional malaise crashes and forced rest when my soul wants to do a million things, but this is now my life with #MECFS. I still try to find the small glimmers to help me keep going through this ailing existence.
