I, like many other, employees of @northumbriauni.bsky.social am shocked and horrified by plans to freeze pay and force staff to move from TPS to USS. I have done the math and moving to USS would cut my pension in half! Now is the time to join @ucunorthumbria.bsky.social, and write your MP/MSP
