That doctor seems to be unwilling to provide and not using the actual laws. Medicare will still provide & pay for those services if the patient requires the video or phone calls to physicians and will benefit from them - your elderly client is just such a person.

Also - they didn’t question what a workplace is or even why wages dropped so low a majority of households were forced to include two earners. Easier to scapegoat the second earner than the wealthy who aren’t paying enough.
