It’s #InfantMentalHealthAwarenessWeek 💜 In neonatal units, the quietest person - the baby - still has a voice. 👶 When we slow down, tune in, and respond with empathy, we shift from doing to babies to being with them. Are we truly seeing, hearing, understanding them? 💞
