Most of all, staying in touch with people I love
and BEING LOVING to all.
This is my RX for dark times:
Take care of yourself and those you love,
Be a force for good.
Only the Light can conquer darkness.
Be the LIGHT 💗 Shine on!

11/7/24:
Grieve if you must, but then take heart and take action.
We're not going back to fear and gnashing of teeth!
That only makes us suffer, not them.
My same Daily Routine as during COVID:
Meditation
Journal Writing
Healthy Eating
Walk 12K steps
Strength training.

I decided to use this space to share my "RX for Dark Times." These are daily meditations I have been writing since the election. It's how I keep myself centered and sane! NOT "Pollyanna;" instead, based on Positive & Energy Psychology, Yoga and other holistic/spiritual traditions I've studied.

I’m sorry I don’t understand how this works. I was expecting some kind of guide to getting started—tips, shortcuts, etc. specific to BlueSky. Unless I’m doing something wrong, this is just a place to write in specific questions that I have and see what the bot comes up with?
