Not in any conspiracy theory way, but in the sense that Vance's undue pressure to force a meeting he'd been initially denied may well have put an extra, unnecessary stress on a very frail man. His forced visit sure could not have helped the poor man rest and recoup and make it to another sunrise. 🥀
