That’s my point. Don’t regulate the womb at all. But seeing as the current powers don’t seem to be capable of keeping their laws out of the womb, I’m all for regulating the penis just as much as the womb is *currently* regulated.

In an ideal world, we would just let people make their own family planning decisions but since we can’t seem to do that… regulate the penis as much as we regulate the womb.
