When a public poll shows a +/- 3% margin of error, all they had to do in swing states was to find 3.1% additional voters to move the baseline mean to Trumps favor. This is why Musk bought twitter and drove it into the ground. He didn't care about the company, it was the data that he wanted.

Once identified they focused on swing states and used push messaging to convince these potential voters to vote. Since they were not in polling sample screens, they do not show up for general and dem pollsters, and only in Trump targeted polls.

it was not rigged. Very simply, the most likely scenario was the Musk used Twitter as a database to search for MAGA leaning people who had never voted and so were not on the likely voter screens. He, and Thiel, ran the data mining operation in stealth mode on AI clusters.
