Had a lovely day meeting new people and past colleagues at UKAN+ network celebration event where I spoke about soundscapes and current research challenges and opportunities

A week ago I spoke about the great project I did with Wonderseekers and a primary school at the excellent Communicate conference by The Natural History Consortium. Was good to attend a non-academic conference & discover new terminology whilst also considering same concerns (most apprpriate measures)

Absolutely love that our University of Surrey library does this for our students - hands out "Take a Break" packs. ...just need them to come into staff offices randomly too, to encourage us to have those breaks as well ;)
