I pressure cook my meat bones with the Instant Pot, always brown them up first! You get so much nutrition & flavor out of those bones and it only takes an hour or two!!

I buy keto bread and make my own. Our whole family is off gluten so... we had to learn how to work around it!!

We use a TBSP per quart🤣😂🤣 And don't freak out, but if you add a tsp of Fish Sauce or a couple mashed canned anchovies, your taste buds will give be happy!! People really are missing a trick without using some form of anchovies in soups, stews & sauces👩🏼‍🍳 Also, brown all your veggies first!

I did this too almost 30 years ago. I saved myself & 4 kids. It was exhausting and difficult but my life is immensely rewarding and peaceful now!!
