Just beware if on other medications - as can interfer with how they work. And remember too much of a good thing can be bad for you as it can cause liver problems.

However, these solutions take time. But from today all hospitals could improve patient safety and change mentalities throughout the health and social care system, by spreading the risks which are concentrated in the A&E department. Let’s not waste a good crisis.

Formed in 1847, the society's aim is to provide a social network and support, alongside free continuing medical education talks. Last year the society changed, to be not just a society for medical clinicians, but for all health care professions as well as those interested in medical issues.

More evidence showing me that however much I don’t want to put a vaccine into my arm with no longer term safety data, I will continue to do so based on an evidenced based risk benefit analysis.

The evidence shows us how great the long term sequala of covid is and that vaccines reduce those risks. In this week’s mail health section, I look at a paper on the risks of autoimmune disease after covid and how the vaccine can help prevent that.

So for now I will continue to take the covid vaccine.

Those who choose otherwise, have a right to say no; what we do to our bodies is our choice

But I have a right to take the vaccine and explain why I have chosen to do so without the abuse and threats that writing about this has incurred.

There are several factors - diet, exercise, smoking and some evidence that excessive antibiotics could be causative.

But despite many people’s fixed and form beliefs, there is absolutely no evidence that vaccines have contributed to this spike in cases.
