I’ve been so upset about what’s happening to our country - the American people are under attack by a hateful, malevolent executive branch. The President is trying to establish a dictatorship, and no one knows how to stop him.

By the time mid-term elections roll around President Musk will find a way to shut them down, because by then people will be so angry they’ll be prone to electing a Congress that will deport him and impeach the orange dictator. Herr Musk can’t let that happen, can he?

We hiked The Flatiron in the Superstition Mountains couple of days ago - a hard 3.3 miles that gains 2700 feet! The last 1700 vertical are in a scrambly .8 miles. I got some hamstring cramps in bed that night!

We hiked 7.5 miles Phoenix’s South Mountain Park yesterday. As usual, the hike took several hours more than it would have had we not had long conversations with other hikers including a 55-year-old Hopi man who shared his thoughts on what was in store for the tribes with a racist dictator in power.

This is Piestwa Peak in Phoenix Mountain Park, renamed from Squaw Peak for a Native American woman who died in the Iraq war. Lots of other geographical peaks with pejorative names or that glorify mass murderers of Indians need to be renamed as well!
