A few seconds after crossing the finish line of the Toronto Waterfront Marathon (on the right are half marathon finishers).
40th overall and 23rd Canadian at national championship. I was 4th in the 40+ age group, less than 2 minutes from 2nd. Happy to finish my best season with a PB by >3 minutes

Kaput! The metal piece that connected my rack on my touring bike 🚲 broke down... 😯
At least it happened on day 1 of a weekend trip and not in Northern Ontario during my 7700 km ride across Canada back in 2019!
I guess it's going to be another running weekend instead.

Believe it or not, there's a place in Southern Alberta where electricity 🔌 is produced by a dam and windmills at the same location. It's on the lands of the St Mary river irrigation district.
