It was Exeter Comic Con and Gaming Festival this weekend.
We decided to go today and have a look.
There was one - count it - one actual comic stall. 😒
There was way too much 3D printed junk and Cricut made bits. Which totally has its place but shouldn't take up the majority of the Festival.

This morning I caught sight of the Atlas beetle.
As she's the first of my larvae to successfully eclose, I shall call her Lilith.
I've never bred Atlas beetles before and so I'm really chuffed!

Spent the afternoon at a local (and I suspect poorly advertised) outdoor bushcraft show. Hardly any people were there but it meant that we were able to attend talks and see demonstrations without crowds of people about.

Ox-eye daisies, ragged robin, buttercups, vetch, thistles, brown knapweed and cuckoo flowers so far.
Oodles of pollinators. And tonight I saw goldfinches feeding on the knapweed 😍😍
