The only time I've been able to successfully decrease my dependence on social media/technology happened during a hospitalization where I didn't have access to my phone. There's GOT to be an easier method.

I think what I miss the most from my college years is being able to meet up with people at coffee shops or libraries, just to get work done. Now that I work from home so often, I have a significantly smaller social life. 😭

🚿 hygiene (showering, brushing teeth)
🚙 car stuff (oil changes, refueling)
🗑️ house chores (laundry, dishes, trash)
🏥 medical tasks (refilling meds, making appointments)
📬 admin life (emails, bills)
