Hmm, I think for starters on inspiration you may want to look at Ryuutama. It's got a good bit of what you're going for.

I would be playing more games than reading them if I could. Scrolling on socials is not the preferred activity. And getting people together, more than once or consistently, isn't easy for everyone.
Of course it would be nice to verify if a game has been properly playtested or not.
