I played around with some watercolor and gouche today. I went in without drawing anything with a pencil, so everything is off when it comes to proportions and perspective, but it was fun.

My prints arrived. They're beautiful 🥹
I did notice a few things in regards to the actual condition of some of the prints, BUT even those prints are sellable (perhaps for a discounted price)
Omg. Having them and seeing my work on them makes me see that my work IS WORTH IT. I'm so proud.

I ordered my prints! I'm so nervous, I hope I did it right. I hope the colors come out well. I went with a company that seems to be worth the time... for a beginner, at least. Next, im gonna work on stickers. I'm still trying to find a company to print them at that won't break my already broken bank

I think I'm gonna open my online store ASAP and work through the learning process as I create more art and merch for the shop. At the rate im going, I may never open up, and that's just not very demure or mindful of me.

If you're like me, you don't have the money to spend almost $300 for what is basically a gaming controller for your shortcuts when drawing digitally. INSTEAD, I recommend you actually get a mini gaming controller for around $20! It works great with CSP on the iPad and Samsung Tabs!

If you're like me, you don't have the money to spend almost $300 for what is basically a gaming controller for your shortcuts when drawing digitally. INSTEAD, I recommend you actually get a mini gaming controller for around $20! It works great with CSP on the iPad and Samsung Tabs!

The hate against realism is not it. Realism has its place in the art world, and not everyone can achieve it. Like other art styles, it deserves respect.
It's not really the style that makes a good art piece it's the message. Realism is just as capable of delivering a message as any other style

A thing I'm going to do in 2025 is keep a digital sketchbook. I tend not to really "sketchbook" anything anymore. My ideas are born in my head and only leave it once I decide to start on the final piece. I gotta exercise my drawing muscles, and keeping a digital sketchbook might just help me out 🤓
