The science is always top notch but so too are the people. #SFN25 was a great opportunity to catch up with dear old friends and make some new ones. In this crazy world, I consider myself very fortunate indeed to be able to interact with all of these fine folks.

My first San Diego stop is always El Chingon. Not just for the amazing food, but because they have a menu item where you just buy a round for the kitchen staff. And every fucking place ever should have that. Line cooks make the world go round.
