I use cabochon gemstones (I get bulk on Etsy) and you just wrap them in wire basically! There’s a lot of different ways to wrap it and you can learn a lot of it through YouTube tutorials. That’s how I learned! I would search “wire wrapped tutorials” on YouTube if you want to learn more~
